Our client is a leading Irish multi-disciplinary construction company.

Due to an ever-increasing order book for 2025 / 2026, they are looking to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyors.

Typically, large-scale building projects in excess of €50,000,000 involve public and private contracts in various sectors: high density residential, commercial, pharma, academic, industrial, etc.

This company is renowned for being a great place to work, with excellent staff retention and work/life balance.

You will act as SQS on site 3 days p/w and work from home 2 days p/w. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your team will include Junior and Project QSs.

They have projects breaking in North Co Dublin, City Centre, and South Co Dublin – typically 2-3 year programs.

Minimum Requirements:
10+ years experience required.
Drivers Licence.

Permanent Position
Salary: €90,000+ including Company Vehicle / Car Allowance, Bonus, Pension, VHI, Gym Membership, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Loyalty Reward Scheme, Professional Membership Fees, Education Assistance / Chartership Development with defined Hybrid Working Arrangements.
