Test Programme Manager Daily Rate Contract Opportunity We are looking for an experiencedTest Programme Manager to lead large-scale testing initiatives within an Agile environment. This is adaily rate contract with ahybrid working model (once a week on-site, flexible for those travelling). Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor testing teams, enhancing quality and efficiency across squads. Define and implementtest strategies for large-scale Agile programmes, coveringtest data management, functional testing, and test automation. Work closely withservice partners and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Support and guide team members ontest-related queries, review test phases, and managetesting status reports and updates. About You: 10+ years experience in IT, ideally withinbanking, with at least5 years in Test Management. Strong understanding ofmulti-tier web and mobile application testing and experience inleading technical discussions with engineering and automation teams. Proven ability intest strategy development, including planning, scheduling, team allocation, and reporting. Experience managinglarge testing teams andsenior stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet quality and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A strategic thinker withstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with limited or evolving information.
