Reports to: Sales Division Manager Location: Remote first home/remote working, office based in our office in Dublin 15 with a minimum of 1 day per month in the office. Travel required: Approximately 25%. Agency site visits, industry networking events, and client meetings as required. Role Overview We are seeking a commercially driven Partner Development Consultant to accelerate growth primarily through recruitment and staffing agency partnerships. This role blends new business development (hunter) and account management (farmer) skills to build, strengthen, and scale our network of agency referrers. You will identify and onboard new recruitment partners, deepen relationships with existing ones, and work closely with internal teams to ensure contractors referred through these partnerships receive best-in-class service. Experience within financial, tech, or pharmaceutical contract markets is highly beneficial. Your Day to Day 1. Business Development & Partnership Growth In conjunction with the Head of Partnerships: Identify, prospect, and onboard new recruitment and staffing agencies to expand Feneros network of referrers. Develop tailored partnership proposals and outreach campaigns to target key decision-makers within agencies. Build a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, aligned with commercial growth targets. Represent Fenero at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility. 2. Account Management & Relationship Expansion Nurture and grow relationships within existing agency accounts by identifying additional consultants, divisions, or regions to engage. Act as the key relationship contact for assigned agency partners, ensuring consistent communication, trust, and mutual value. Deliver structured training, onboarding, and knowledge sessions to recruitment consultants on Feneros services, contractor compliance, and tax solutions. Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to design and implement referral incentive programmes. 3. Sales Targets & Pipeline Management Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across new and existing agency relationships. Maintain an active CRM pipeline track activities, conversion rates, and partnership performance. Work with marketing to align lead generation and nurturing efforts, ensuring quality referrals and strong conversion outcomes. 4. Partner Enablement & Knowledge Sharing Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to deliver relevant content, webinars, and tax education sessions to partners. Ensure recruitment partners are equipped with up-to-date materials and have confidence in referring contractors to Fenero. Contribute to simplifying and updating our KnowledgeHub and partner-facing materials for clarity and consistency. 5. Reporting & Insights Provide regular reporting on business development activity, partner performance, and growth metrics. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimisation or expansion within existing partnerships. Share market intelligence and competitor insights to inform commercial strategy. Your Skills & Experience 3+ years proven experience in business development, outbound sales, partnerships, or account management roles. Previous experience working with or selling into recruitment or staffing agencies preferred. Exposure to financial, tech, or pharmaceutical contracting markets is a strong advantage. Understanding of umbrella company or contractor management services is desirable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
