We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a rapidly expanding team.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will take the lead in three crucial areas of our digital marketing strategy: Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Testimonial Acquisition. This role is vital in driving engagement, expanding our digital footprint, and amplifying the successes of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

General:

- Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and working with the marketing team, you will develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple mediums to further establish our online presence and reach our target audience.
- Assist with CRM (Hubspot) initiatives to provide a streamlined and efficient process for lead acquisition and management.
- Provide performance reports to track campaigns and optimise effectiveness whilst measuring against KPIs and OKRs.
- Keep up with the latest trends and go-to-market strategies to ensure cutting edge innovation across your given channels.

Social Media Management:

- Manage the Corporate Governance Institute's LinkedIn profile, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
- Create and execute a content calendar that showcases our events, initiatives, and accomplishments.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine strategies that enhance audience engagement.
- Build relationships with followers and industry experts to strengthen our online community.
- Plus: Experience with paid advertising on LinkedIn is highly advantageous.

Email Marketing:

- Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to nurture leads and engage our audience effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling content for newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
- Analyze performance metrics to continually enhance email strategies and boost open and click-through rates as well as improve the contribution to eCommerce revenue through email.
- Segment and maintain our email list to target specific audiences accurately.

Testimonial Acquisition:

- Create a strategy to gather and highlight student success stories and testimonials, showcasing the impact of our governance programs.
- Collaborate with students and alumni to extract and produce engaging narratives that resonate with prospective students and partners.
- Utilize testimonials in marketing collateral, including website content, promotional materials, and social media.
- Monitor the effectiveness of testimonials in driving engagement and conversions.

Desired Experience and Education

- 2 years proven experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable focus on social media management, community management and email marketing.
- Bachelors of similar standard of education in marketing, digital marketing or related business discipline.
- Familiarity with HubSpot email suite and other email platforms an advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console is a plus.
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
