Link Personnel are seeking an experienced Document Operations Lead to join a busy legal team, providing high-level support in the preparation, management, and formatting of a wide range of legal documents. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with international teams from a central office base in Dublin 2, offering a dynamic and autonomous role for someone who takes pride in delivering precise and professionally presented documentation. Assist in the creation, formatting, and quality checking of complex legal documents, ensuring adherence to internal branding and house styles. Prepare client-facing documents and forms tailored to client-specific requirements and styles. Convert PDF files into fully functional Word documents and create PDF fillable forms as needed. Review, update, and maintain precedent documents and templates, ensuring accuracy before publication. Draft initial versions of large transactional documents and support their ongoing revision throughout the lifecycle. Share best practices and provide guidance on document creation processes via internal platforms such as SharePoint. Deliver workshops and training sessions on document management techniques and relevant software tools. Liaise with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot document-related issues and test new software solutions. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times. The Candidate: Extensive experience working with legal documents in a professional legal or corporate environment. Strong proficiency in MS365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, document comparison tools, and SharePoint. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. Confident communicator with the ability to lead training and share knowledge clearly. Friendly, approachable, and adaptable personality, able to build strong relationships across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving document workflows.
