The Site Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
- Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed according to plans and standards.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with project management to update progress reports and contribute to project planning meetings.

The ideal candidate should possess the following.

- Strong ability to understand technical drawings and ensure all substructure works are carried out in line with specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide site engineers and direct sub-contractors on-site.
- Experience in dealing with utility providers (Uisce Eireann & ESB)
- Hands-on, if necessary, but primarily focused on supervision.
- Confidence in managing tasks and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
- Ability to prioritise workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
- Ability to coordinate on a large-scale development.
- 10 – 15 Years working on residential projects.
