Honeycomb is delighted to partner with one of Dublin's Top 20 Law Firms to recruit for a Legal Executive to join their busy firm. This role would suit an experienced Legal Executive who has 2+ years' experience in debt recovery. The Client Our client is one of Ireland's top full service commercial law firms who have been at the fore of the Legal Sector for the last 200 years. They have an impressive client base working with both domestic and international companies. The Role Handle a portfolio of debt recovery cases from initial demand stage through to enforcement. Draft and review legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and enforcement applications. Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, third-party agents (including sheriffs and collection agencies), and external counsel. Prepare and manage court documentation for proceedings in the District, Circuit, and High Courts. Essential Criteria Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Legal Executive, Paralegal, or similar role with a strong focus on debt recovery and enforcement within Ireland. Solid understanding of Irish civil procedure and enforcement processes, including judgment mortgages, instalment orders, and sheriff enforcement. Proficient in case management systems and the preparation of legal documentation. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as a disciplined ability to document work, prioritise own tasks and manage time effectively.
