Responsible for supporting the QC Critical Materials, QC Reference Standards and Procurement of all categories of laboratory Chemicals and Components Quality Control at the Limerick Manufacturing. As a QC Lab Supply Coordinator a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Ensuring operational procurement support is provided appropriately to satisfy business needs Supporting the daily purchasing of laboratory materials and placing/managing purchase orders to support QC Evaluating orders for completeness, accuracy, lead time, compliance with QC specifications, and ensuring cost codes align with established policies Managing daily communications with vendors and maintaining relevant company contract documentation Performing checks to confirm accuracy of inventory levels and ensuring timely collection of ad-hoc order deliveries Developing and enhancing Quality Controls relationships with internal customers and suppliers to proactively identify opportunities for improvement in cost and service Developing working relationships with suppliers and internal clients Implementing and maintaining cost savings initiatives Introducing new and innovative ideas for goods and services Providing support to Critical Materials and Reference Standard Group Supporting weekly and monthly reference standard counts, approval, and release of critical materials to the lab Developing and implementing solutions to QC Procurement issues as they arise, advising QC management of critical issues Supporting all project work within the group This role might be for you if: You are a passionate and innovative problem-solver You are team-oriented with strong communication skills You are an adaptable continuous learner To be considered for this opportunity you should have BS/BA in related field required with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality system delivery #REGNIEEC Does this sound like you?
