Looking to take the lead on a high-quality residential project with one of Irelands top main contractors? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who wants to step into a long-term role with a busy and well-respected builder. The project is a large-scale residential development based in Kildare, with a strong pipeline ahead in the area. Duties: Running the day-to-day on-site operations managing trades, schedules, and keeping everything moving smoothly Working closely with the PM and QS to make sure targets are hit on time and within budget Managing health & safety and ensuring a tidy, compliant site Attending weekly site meetings and reporting on progress Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team What Were Looking For: 5+ years experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor Strong background in residential builds ideally housing or apartments Excellent communication and leadership skills Up to speed on current building regs and H&S standards Whats on Offer: Salary: €80K €90K Company vehicle + fuel card Performance bonuses Pension well above industry average Long-term work in Kildare minimal travel Great culture with genuine progression To apply, send your CV or contact Jack Owens for a confidential chat about the role.
