About the Position We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accounts Administrator to join our Caseware team, supporting the Audit and Assurance department. This is a great entry point into accounting and audit, with full training provided. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM This position is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to develop a career in accounting while working in a collaborative team environment. Main Responsibilities Create and update financial statements using our dedicated accounts production software (CaseWare) Manipulate and review data in Excel (using formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and other advanced features) Verify financial information to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency Work as part of a team to meet daily deliverables and client deadlines Accurately populate, maintain, and update records Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations Participate in team meetings to enhance efficiency and share best practices Provide general administration support to the team Skills & Attributes 6+ months of experience in a finance, business, or administrative position (preferred but not essential) Understanding of basic accounting principles is an advantage, but full training will be provided Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Organised, methodical, and deadline-focused Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Willingness to learn new systems and processes Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvements Why Join GT?
