Site Foreperson

Our client, one of Ireland’s tier 1 building contractors, require an experienced Site Foreperson to join the construction team on a pharmaceutical project in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience working as a Foreperson with some pharmaceutical experience. This role primarily concerns driving on the work taking place on site with less emphasis on paperwork.

Your duties will include:

- Organising the various professional people working on a project
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Agreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with same
- Making sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budget
- Ensuring an efficient construction site
- Delivering projects with the highest quality
- Working with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all times

Requirements:

- The successful Foreperson will have at least 4 years’ supervisory experience
- Must be able to manage a large team.
- Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.
