Homecare Manager

Due to ongoing expansion of services, a family-run private homecare provider dedicated to delivering excellence in care for older people and individuals with disabilities has an exciting opportunity. As Home Care Manager, the successful candidates will work closely with senior management and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a homecareregion, ensuring theprovision of high quality, compassionate and personalisedcaretoclientsintheirownhomes.This will include supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, maintainingregulatorycompliance,co-ordinating client care plans and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of the service. Ideally the candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written for the purposesofpeoplemanagementandTender/SLAsubmissions. Compassionate,empathetic,andcommittedtoprovidinghigh-qualitycare. In-depthknowledgeofhomecareregulations,policies,andbestpractices. Excellentanalysisanddecisionmakingskills. Provenexperienceinamanagerialorsupervisoryrolewithina busy dynamic environment. Abilitytoworkunderpressure,prioritisetasks,andhandlemultipleresponsibilitiessimultaneously.
