Customer Service Specialist

Location : Parkmore, Galway

Our client , a Galway based Global Operations Hub is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist, with Fluent Dutch Language skills, French language also desired. As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact, dealing with customers across Europe.

Responsibilities

- Process Orders that you will receive via email, phone or directly through our online system
- Follow up and Maintain open orders on a daily basis
- Investigate and resolve any order processing issues reported by customer
- Making sure customers details / any changes are up to date in system
- Make sure you are up to date on products, special requirements and promotions
- Make sure to carry out your duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures
- You may also preform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

- Fluency in Dutch , with French also desired, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous customer service experience
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Proficient in MS Office, comfortable with IT systems
- Strong attention to detail
- SAP or other ERP system experience will be an advantage

This role will be located in Galway.

This is initially a 12- month temporary contract with Cpl.

Working days Monday - Friday

Location - Onsite at clients office in Parkmore, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
