Design Build Search is seeking a talentedSite Engineer with 5+ years' of experience in large-scale residential construction. Our client is a fast growing Developer Builder based in North Dublin. In this key role, you will provide support to all internal and external stakeholders through design, scheduling, construction activities, quality, cost, and documentation collation. This role will include a competitive base salary, along with a company vehicle. Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager/Project Manager to ensure the full project scope that is in place is managed through to project completion. Competent in setting out and use of various total station and GPS equipment. Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, in house quantity surveyors in reviewing monthly valuations. Assume day-to-day management of the site technical & engineering requirements (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Design Team Workshops, etc.). Ensure quality control measures on the site are implemented and are in line with the overall BCAR plan for the project. Build relationships with the team (sub-contractors and direct) to identify risks and opportunities. Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained to the highest possible Requirements: 5+ years' of experience in a Site Engineering role 5+ years' of experience experience working with enabling works, setting out, groundworks, site development and quality control on large-scale residential developments Experience working for a Developer Builder is desired Hold relevant construction/engineering qualification Use of AutoCAD and a document control management system Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental workings Excellent written and oral presentation skills Apply with your CV to learn more and have a confidential discussion.
