This role will be Hybrid. Located in our Abbey Quarter Office, this role reports to the Category Manager and supports the delivery of our Commercial functions. Responsibilities Grow, develop, and manage the relevant key accounts portfolio to meet the short term and longer-term business and customer needs. Work closely with a wide cross functional team to deliver an exceptionally positive customer experience. Manage sales targets and maintain and update forecasts in line with business requirements. Contribute towards the collation of market intelligence, lead generation and qualification and report on the competitive landscape and market pricing information. Contribute towards the elaboration of a business strategy and growth plan for the portfolio and for key customers. Communication: All relevant customer facing communications, preparation of internal reports, business development reviews Requirements High academic record to date and expected minimum of a 2.2honours primary degree inBusiness or Commerce. Passion for sales and desire to grow our business Relevant sales experience through an internship or other related experience Ambition to progress successfully in a career in commercial in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment An internship in a food company and/or a Masters in Food Business is a distinct advantage Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change Accessibility to move between production sites is a distinct advantage If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date resume.
