Our client, a well-established 4-partner firm based in Dublin, City Centre, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients across various industries in a supportive and professional environment. Youll be responsible for the operational management of audits and assignments, client relationship handling, and mentoring junior team members all while enjoying genuine work-life balance and hybrid flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee audit and account assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships across multiple sectors. Coordinate with internal departments to provide clients with a full-service approach. Supervise and support trainee accountants, contributing to their training and development. Prepare and present audit reports and financial statements in line with Irish GAAP and FRS 102. Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent), with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience. Currently working in a practice environment at senior level. Strong understanding of FRS 102, Irish GAAP, and Companies Act 2014. Experience managing audits and overseeing small teams. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Some exposure to tax is desirable but not essential.
