This is an excellent opportunity for a strong site leader with a background in high-quality interiors and finishes. Purpose of the Role To oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. This role is particularly suited to candidates with proven fit-out experience. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure client expectations are met by delivering a high-quality end product while maintaining strong relationships with design teams and client representatives Uphold the highest standards of health & safety, quality and client service Ensure projects are delivered safely, per programme, on budget and snag-free Report progress accurately and promptly to senior management Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to the required standard with minimal rework Plan, coordinate and execute works in accordance with contract documents Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and supply chain Resource and schedule work in alignment with the project construction programme Work closely with the Project QS regarding potential commercial or scheduling issues Candidate Requirements Strong knowledge of the construction and fit-out industry, with proven site management experience Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent eye for detail and high-quality finishes Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Self-starter with good judgement and the ability to perform under pressure Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams Commercially aware, with good understanding of market conditions and value delivery Remuneration A competitive package is available, which may include: Basic salary Pension and life assurance Healthcare Car allowance or company vehicle For More Information For more information about this Site Manager (Fit-Out) position or similar opportunities, contact Eoghan Donohoe at Oradeo Recruitment confidentially on: or apply in confidence.
