Company Intro / Summary A leading interiors and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Dublin. The company specialises in high-quality commercial, office, and hospitality projects, delivering bespoke interior solutions for blue-chip clients across Ireland and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to join a dynamic and growing business, taking responsibility for competitive, accurate, and well-structured tenders within a fast-paced project environment. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for interior and fit-out projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to produce accurate pricing. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure best value. Prepare cost comparisons and develop pricing strategies to enhance tender competitiveness. Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams during pre-construction and tender phases. Identify value engineering opportunities and assess project risks. Maintain and update pricing databases and tender documentation. Support handover to project delivery teams following successful bids. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 56 years estimating experience within the interiors, fit-out, or main contracting sectors. Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and subcontractor markets. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach. Package Salary: €60,000 €65,000 DOE. Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin.
