The Role:

- Drive a Health and Safety Culture as EHS Lead.
- Develop and implement safety initiatives.
- Conduct training and promote safety policies & procedures.

Role Requirements:

- IOSH Chartered membership.
- 5+ years in Health and Safety.
- Health & Safety diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with Tier 1 contractor or large multi-disciplinary sites preferred.
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
- Strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills.
- Ideally possess trainer the trainer certification.

Duties:

- Oversee risk assessment program across sites.
- Maintain, review, and update site risk registers.
- Establish and report on key safety indicators.
- Conduct presentations and training on health & safety topics and accident prevention.
- Implement comprehensive health & safety plans aligned with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Mentor site teams to champion our client’s proactive, safety-oriented culture.
