Pay and Benefits €46,800 + Workshop Bonus (OTE earnings €52,860) Pension Scheme Staff Purchase Schemes: Tyres Tools Employee Assistance Programme Discounted Gym Membership Bike to Work New state of the art workshop Key Responsibilities Carry out complex mechanical tasks including Frame replacement and component replacement to manufacturer standards. Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with precision, ensuring a high standard of workmanship. Apply lean techniques to improve efficiency and streamline mechanical repair processes. Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of repairs. Ensure all repairs are completed in full compliance with vehicle manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Requirements Qualified Mechanic (A Must) Main dealer experience essential Proven mechanical experience in an automotive or similar technical environment. Strong hands-on skills in mechanical repairs, including dismantling, fitting, and assembly of components. Experience working with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and technical manuals. Familiarity with lean methodologies and process-driven environments is advantageous. Self-motivated and capable of leading by example in achieving repair efficiency and quality targets. Must have own tools (Tool Purchase Scheme available after 6 months). Full valid driving license required. Skills Mechanical aptitude with strong fault-finding and repair capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all mechanical tasks. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to share knowledge and support colleagues.
