The focus will be within a social model of care and support, ensuring that each adult has opportunities to participate in meaningful activities, appropriate to his/her interests and preferences and that reflect his/her needs, interests, and capacities. Essential Criteria - ideally the successful candidate will possess the following: Minimum desirable requirement is FETAC level 5 Certificate, preferably in the area of health care, community care, care for people with disabilities. Experience in a similar environment supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Full clean driver's licence a requirement of the role as successful candidate will be expected to be able to drive supported adults to relevant activities.
