We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical QA/QC to join our Team. This is a full-time role that will be predominantly based in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for Mechanical systems.
Review project specifications, drawings, and standards to ensure full compliance with requirements.
Perform regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality control standards.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all materials and processes.
Oversee installation activities to confirm they adhere to approved standards and specifications.
Conduct tests and inspections of Mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing) to ensure functionality and quality.
Identify deviations from standards and recommend corrective actions.
Verify the quality and compliance of materials delivered to the site.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance reports.
Provide technical support and training to site teams on QA/QC procedures and protocols.
Ensure compliance with both local and international codes and standards (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE, NEC).
Applies expert knowledge of commonly used mechanical concepts, practices, codes and procedures within the mechanical engineering services industry.
Applies knowledge and experience to complex projects, find non-standard design solutions.
Quality review production drawings for a variety of projects and project related data as required by the project managers to verify corrections are made within multiple CAD related software.
Quality review the construction administration including coordination with field personnel to resolve design related installation issues, calculations, field inspections and testing of mechanical systems.
Skills & Education Required At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Mechanical Engineering or relevant Qualification.
Demonstrated capability in construction delivery.
IT proficient, including CAD & MS Office.
Exceptional time management skills, for both prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines.
QHSE knowledge.
