Join us as a Retail Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join the Retail marketing team. Reporting into the Retail Marketing Manager, this role will support retail marketing and merchandising strategies and planning, with responsibility for execution across all direct and indirect retail channels.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong strategic thinking to successfully implement marketing initiatives.
This position will allow an experienced marketeer to develop, execute, and measure retailer merchandising and marketing plans.

What else it involves:

- Support and deliver the in-store marketing strategy along with the Retail Marketing Manager.
- Work closely with the retail & marketing team to ensure that Communications strategies are aligned with marketing and sales targets.
- Plan, launch, and manage promotional campaigns across various channels.
- Manage the production and delivery of original, lifestyle products content for our retail channels: still & motion.
- Develop execution plans for ATL-led campaigns through the retail channels.
- Manage the updates of all in-store digital content.
- Work with Three’s product teams to understand new product launches and help with the development of promotional materials as needed.
- Define and develop the Three brand image and values for Ireland within the various retail channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and retail locations.
- Monitor brand presence and display standards in the retail channels.
- Manage Retail marketing budget, with a focus on maximizing costs and return on investments for all materials.
- Evaluate brand presence through regular store visits in all channels.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Support with the development of visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives for the retail channel.

The Skills we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Retail marketing, Telco, FMCG or creative agency an advantage.
- Familiar with digital analytic tools, e.g., Excel and Adobe Analytics.
- Understanding of digital marketing and analytics, and optimization.
- Experience in working with a creative team: planning, briefing, reviewing.
- Ability to drive projects from concept through implementation, to analyze results and provide strong rationale for recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the development of POS and customer-facing communications.
- Team Working – able to build good relationships with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales.
- Adaptable, flexible, and positive in meeting the company's changing needs.
