Build Something New: Lead the design and setup of a state-of-the-art inhalation laboratory, shaping infrastructure, processes, and team culture from the ground up.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with international partners in the US and India to drive technical transfer programs and regulatory excellence.
Strategic Influence: Play a key role in expanding site capabilities, streamlining operations, and mentoring future leaders in quality and analytical development.
Leadership Visibility: Report directly to senior quality leadership and contribute to regulatory strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the setup and operational excellence of a pharmaceutical chemistry lab, including testing processes and infrastructure.
Manage method and specification change controls, technical transfers, and contract lab testing.
Collaborate with regulatory teams and authorities to ensure compliance with FDA, HPRA, and global standards.
Lead internal audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop KPIs and streamline processes to enhance efficiency, resource use, and budget alignment.
Support cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic site expansion and future readiness.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
Proven working years of experience in a pharmaceutical chemistry lab, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and lab operations, especially FDA/HPRA expectations.
Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills.
Proven ability to manage audits, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
