Mechanical Project Manager We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative and complex engineering projects. This role involves full project lifecycle management, from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, ensuring timely, on budget and high quality outcomes. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive project success and contribute to team development and performance. Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical projects from initiation through to completion. This Mechanical Project Manager will need to organise, schedule and implement project plans across all phases. Oversee commercial and contractual elements, with strong focus on project P&L. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical disciplines. Mentor and develop team members to build a high performing project team. Ensure seamless coordination of CSA activities. Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track Requirements: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in mechanical/building services project management. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field. Strong IT proficiency and experience with project scheduling software. Track record in delivering medium to large-scale building services projects. Experience in healthcare projects is an advantage. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment. Experience managing M&E projects is highly desirable.
