Duties & Responsibilities: Become a strategic partner on projects, developing and implementing procurement strategies that source the best materials and services at competitive prices while meeting tight deadlines. Negotiate winning contracts with suppliers, securing favorable terms that align with project budgets and timelines. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and proactively address any procurement challenges. Be our market research expert, identifying top suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and recommending sourcing strategies that minimize risks and maximize project success. Lead the vendor selection process, conducting thorough assessments, evaluating proposals, and recommending the best options based on cost, quality, and reliability. To Be Considered: Experience in a Procurement or Purchasing role within the Construction & Real Estate Development industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials and their applications. Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable contracts with suppliers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience using construction procurement software is a plus. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
