Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist

LSC are looking for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team based in our Kinsale office. Working closely with the Financial Controller the successful candidate will have ownership for the full end to end Consultant payments process and projects for process improvement within the Finance team. RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing the monthly Consultant payroll on Brightpay. Processing consultants invoices and preparing payment files. Processing all supplier invoices. Preparing monthly bank reconciliation on payment accounts. Assisting with general accounts related work as needed. Provide support on enhancing finance processes and procedure. THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE Minimum 2 -3 years' experience in a busy fast paced accounts environment. Third level in business/finance, accounting technician or part qualified accounting qualification desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Ability to operate as part of a team is critical & also ability to self-manage and work independently.
