Now Hiring: Clinical Support Specialist Location: Community/Home Based, covering patients in the South Dublin and North Wicklow area Reports to: Clinical Manager Are you a qualified nurse or respiratory physiologist looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? This is your opportunity to join a team delivering high-quality sleep therapy services directly to the community. About the Role As a Clinical Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of patient care-supporting individuals with sleep disorders through personalised, home-based services. You'll manage a busy caseload, collaborate with clinicians, and ensure every patient receives safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical support for sleep therapy patients in the community Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals Manage appointments and documentation with precision Prioritise patient needs and respond with empathy and efficiency Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence What You'll Need The ideal candidate will live in South Dublin or North Wicklow to be able to manage the territory effectively Registered General Nurse (respiratory experience a plus, though not a necessity) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Full clean driving licence and knowledge of your local area Commitment to continuous professional development What's Offered Salary commensurate with experience, annual bonus, pension, health insurance, company car , lunch allowance and more Full training in respiratory care Flexible, community-based working Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real difference in patients' quality of life Permanent role, Monday-Friday If you're passionate about patient care and ready to take your clinical career into the community, we'd love to hear from you.
