OEM Automation Lead– Filling - South Dublin - 12 Month Initial Contract
Our client, a globally recognised pioneer in Biotechnology, are recruiting for the position of OEM Automation Lead– Filling. Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert for OEM automation on behalf of Client
- Overall Technical lead for Syringe Filling OEM automation
- Work closely with the filling equipment OEM supplier and system integrator and/or internal team in scope and standard of Automation deliverables
- Integrate the filling machines onto the PCS and MES at Site
- Understand how the filling equipment operates and ensure that all functions are present
- Prepare and communciate Client requirements
- Review and approve Design deliverables (FS, DS, Drawings, Etc)
- Ensure high standard of configuration and coding
- Plan, attend and supervise FAT/SATs
- Work closely with Process owners, OEM team, design team and all stakeholders in delivery of project
Qualifications
- Knowledge of networking and thin client technology
- OEM Filling Machine or similiar equipment experience; Optima; SKAN isolators
- Machine safety directive expertise and experience on safety PLC systems
- Pharmaceutical experience Drug Production Fill Finish
- Proven Leadership ability
- Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills
- Reference Project experience
