Business Development Manager – B2B (Nationwide)

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing B2B sales team. Operating nationwide, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys developing solutions that add real value for customers.

Salary: €36,000 basic + uncapped commission (average annual commission earnings of €24,000)

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development & Revenue Growth


Proactively identify, target, and secure new B2B clients across assigned territories.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.


Client Relationship & Account Management


Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer needs to provide tailored product and service solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and follow-up support.


Market & Competitor Insight


Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and competitor activity.


Product & Service Development


Collaborate with internal departments to develop and enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.


Operational & Administrative Duties


Ensure accurate data capture and CRM updates for all sales activities.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Engage in ongoing learning and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.



Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:


Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while working independently in the field.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Knowledge of sales conversion techniques, quality standards, and data capture processes.
Must hold a full Irish or EU driving licence.
