This is an exceptional opportunity to lead high-profile developments within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working with a top-tier project team. Purpose of the Role To manage building projects from conception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality and client satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and update construction programmes with the Contracts Manager, ensuring key milestones are achieved Determine staffing requirements and communicate effectively with the project team Implement company safety systems and foster a strong safety culture on site Monitor and manage project quality throughout the full project lifecycle Ensure project costs, prelims and packages are tightly controlled Work closely with the commercial team to achieve agreed commercial objectives Maintain strong relationships with client teams, keeping them informed on claims, delays and progress Candidate Requirements Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline 8+ years construction experience, including structural and civil building works, with at least 5 years in a Project Management role Experience in critical environments is desirable Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams Demonstrated capability in planning and delivering complex projects Strong numeracy and report-writing skills Excellent stakeholder-management and communication abilities Commercially aware, with the ability to propose cost-effective solutions Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling software Career Progression Our client offers a structured professional development and mentoring programme. High-performing Senior Project Managers can progress to Contracts Manager, Associate Director, and ultimately Projects Director level.
