About the Opportunity
You'll work alongside passionate, talented professionals committed to pushing the boundaries of animation and design while fostering a supportive and inspiring culture that encourages growth and fresh ideas.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with social, marketing, and design teams to develop innovative and on-brand animations that engage and grow our audience.
2. Animated Content Creation: Deliver high-quality animated content for social media, campaigns, events, advertising, and in-app animations.
3. Creative Interpretation: Follow creative direction to produce compelling and on-brand animations for daily, weekly, and seasonal projects.
4. Innovative Design: Develop creative ways to showcase OKX products and brand through video, challenging and innovating within world-class animation content.
5. Strategic Development: Work closely with the Design Director to align animated content with business goals and budget, supporting acquisition and retention teams.
6. Continuous Improvement: Review and optimize animations, staying updated on trends in motion graphics and crypto/blockchain news.
7. Creative Operations: Define and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency and integration. Collaborate with various teams for a consistent omni-channel approach.
8. Team Management: Foster a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the Brand Design team, mentoring and developing team members.
What We Look For In You
1. Passion for Social Media: Enthusiasm for creating animations that thrive in the fast-evolving world of social media trends and platforms.
2. Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity and performance metrics to deliver impactful results.
3. Animation Expertise: Proven skills in animation, motion graphics, design, and typography with 8+ years of experience in a creative team for a global business or agency.
4. Creative Problem Solver: Strong creative eye for animation, ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment, and experience with best practice motion graphics creation processes.
5. Technical Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Especially After Effects and Premiere Pro) and Figma.
(Bonus: Cinema 4D + Redshift)
6. Brand-Focused: Passion for branding and design, ensuring customer-centric animation development.
7. Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and experience managing third-party agencies and freelancers.
8. Additional Skills: Numeracy, experience with task management tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Docs), and desirable skills in video editing, graphic design, social media, and marketing.
