Overview

We are hiring a Danish speaking Account Executive to join a market-leading European financial investment company. Become part of a team of motivated, thoughtful, and passionate professionals committed to shaping clients’ financial futures.

The Opportunity

As a Danish Account Executive, you’ll engage with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed interest in the company’s services. Using proven sales techniques, you’ll uncover investors’ goals, educate them on our services, and schedule meetings with regional sales partners.

This role offers both professional growth and financial reward. You’ll work alongside experienced mentors, refine your sales skills, build meaningful relationships, and shape your own career path.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Communicate the company’s value proposition to high-net-worth investors and arrange meetings with regional sales partners
- Contribute to firm growth while improving clients’ financial well-being
- Receive warm leads from our marketing team—no cold calling required

Your Qualifications

- Native or bilingual fluency in Danish and English
- Sales experience or a strong passion for a sales career
- Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals
- Ability to earn trust and act in clients’ best interests
- Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits

- €34,500 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE €50,000+)
- 28 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days, plus up to 11 paid holidays
- Enhanced maternity pay package: 26 weeks’ top-up to full base pay for eligible employees
- Retirement pension plan: 9% company contribution plus additional match up to 5% of base pay
