Senior Quantity Surveyor Senior Quantity Surveyorrequired for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on various large residential projects in the Dublin Area.. Our client is looking for a QS with about 6+ years experience at least some at senior level and some experience in large apartments projects. Our client has a strong pipeline of prestigious projects in the country and has an excellent well-resourced commercial department. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 6 years professional experience. Proven expertise in subcontractor and client management, including valuations, variations, final accounts, and cost reporting. Strong ability to interpret specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings, with a track record of extracting quantities and managing supplier/subcontractor quotations within deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software, with experience in commercial and industrial projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce and explain accurate reports. Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving success. Salary: Excellent salary circa €90k €100K Top benefits package. Excellent career development.
