We are currently recruiting for a talented Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a prestigious, mid-tier law firm in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to further develop their career in commercial real estate law, with exposure to high-profile, complex transactions and a wide range of clients.

The Role

As a member of the firm's highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team, you will work alongside experienced partners and associates on a variety of matters, including:

- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

- Leases, development agreements, and property financing

- Large-scale projects, including mixed-use developments and joint ventures

- Advising clients in the hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors

- Planning, zoning, and environmental regulations

The team handles a diverse and varied caseload, providing a dynamic environment that offers excellent exposure to the commercial real estate market.
