The Role:

- Manage a varied caseload, including acquisitions, leasing, and property development projects.
- Provide expert advice to clients on commercial property transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Deliver strategic property advice tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality results for clients.

The Person:

- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property or Real Estate.
- Strong experience in property acquisitions, leasing, and development.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a solutions-driven mindset.
