Join AXA Partners as Head of Networks Guild - Lead Our Global Network Transformation
Are you a strategic leader with expertise in designing, building, and managing global network services? AXA Partners is expanding the remit for our IT Operations where central teams will take responsibility for all regional and local services and resources across all the entities. We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Networks Guild to lead the global network strategy, ensuring secure, efficient, and innovative network solutions across all regions.
As Head of Networks Guild , you will oversee the design, deployment, and operation of AXA Partners’ worldwide network services. Leading a team of architects, engineers, and operational staff, you will drive global consistency, security, and performance. This is a key leadership position, working closely with senior IT executives, representing AXA Partners in strategic committees, and shaping our IT transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement a network roadmap aligned with AXA Group standards and business needs, transitioning from local to global solutions
Manage global network design, build, and operations, ensuring cost optimization, security, and SLA delivery
Lead vendor management, oversee project governance, and ensure security and business continuity
Organize and optimize teams across regions (EMEA & AMER), defining clear roles and responsibilities
Oversee infrastructure security (firewalls, IPS, DDoS, VPNs), cloud networking, SDWAN, and application networking
Support digital branch evolution, remote access, and network support for critical services
Collaborate with senior IT leaders and key stakeholders on network-related projects, programs, and governance
Be the key contact to the Group for Network services and will interact with a large scope of Senior IT Leaders (CXO level) and Head of Guild in particular, Infra, Cloud, Contact Centre, Applications, Security & QoS
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise-grade network solutions globally
Strong leadership of multi-location teams, including architects, engineers, and operational staff
Expertise in WAN, LAN, VPN, SDWAN, security, cloud network integration, and network security
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, and execute organizational change
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Engineering Degree. Certifications in networking and relevant project management frameworks preferred
