Medical Negligence Solicitor

Are you:


Qualified as a Solicitor through the Law Society of Ireland?
Currently practicing medical negligence/clinical litigation?
Experienced in dealing with cerebral palsy, catastrophic injury, and birth defect matters?
Comfortable working with inquest work along with court advocacy?
Skilled in settlement negotiations?

Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you can expect to:


Manage a varied caseload of clinical litigation and inquest matters
Give advice on connected matters where necessary
Foster positive working relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Support and assist the wider Clinical Litigation team
Stay updated on all new legal developments.
