Orange Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our clients team and support the delivery of diverse, multidisciplinary projects across the Dublin area. The role offers a chance to work either on-site or from our Dublin-based offices, depending on project needs. Responsibilities: Oversee compliance with Employer Information Requirements (EIR) and actively implement the project's BIM Execution Plan. Manage and track the development and maintenance of digital models throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and review data exchanged via the project's Common Data Environment (CDE). Facilitate coordination across various disciplines, resolving design clashes and promoting model accuracy. Lead and participate in model coordination meetings with internal teams and external partners. Use digital verification tools such as laser scanning to compare site progress with model expectations. Assist in compiling asset information to support project handover and facilities management documentation. Support the Design Manager in tracking deliverables, model submissions, and coordination schedules. Liaise with subcontractors and consultants to validate their BIM delivery capability. Ensure timely and structured input of information for ongoing coordination and reporting. Requirements: A third-level qualification in a relevant field such as BIM, Engineering, or Architecture, with additional BIM-specific training. At least 3 years' experience in a similar digital coordination or BIM-focused role. Strong working knowledge of coordination platforms and software, such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri. Familiarity with document management and CDE platforms like BIM 360, Viewpoint, Aconex, or similar. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Highly motivated, with a commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery. A full, clean driver's licence is required due to occasional site visits. Skills: Construction BIM Engineering
