These roles offer the opportunity to deliver high-impact capital and maintenance projects across healthcare facilities, supporting the planning, design, and management of major and minor works. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver capital and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. Prepare project briefs, budgets, and procurement plans in compliance with EU and national legislation. Supervise contractors, staff, and multi-disciplinary teams on assigned projects. Ensure compliance of healthcare facilities with Irish legislation and HIQA standards. Contribute to sustainability, energy efficiency, and risk management initiatives. Candidate Requirements: Level 8 degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related disciplines. Eligible for professional membership or already a member of Engineers Ireland, RIAI, or SCSI/RICS. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in project management, building services, or construction within the Irish context. Up-to-date knowledge of Irish building regulations, procurement, and health & safety legislation. Ability to hit the ground running and manage projects effectively with minimum supervision.
