This role is ideal for a driven site professional with broad construction experience who wants to work in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. Purpose of the Role To manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure client expectations are met by delivering a high-quality end product while maintaining strong relationships with design teams and client representatives Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality and client service Ensure projects are delivered safely, in line with programme, on budget and snag-free Accurately report progress and issues to senior management in a timely manner Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets required standards with minimal rework Plan, coordinate and execute works in accordance with contract documentation Maintain strong working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and supply chain Resource and schedule works according to the project programme Work closely with the Project QS regarding commercial and scheduling matters Candidate Requirements Strong knowledge of the construction industry and full project delivery lifecycle Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling software Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent eye for detail and track record of delivering high-quality projects on time Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with good judgement and ability to work well under pressure Effective manager with the ability to motivate and drive site teams Commercially aware with good understanding of market conditions Career Progression Our client offers a structured professional development programme supported by mentoring and continuous improvement.
