Trainee FP&A

We are working with a great client in Dublin West, they are looking to recruit a FP&A Trainee to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate, looking to build their finance experience. You will be learning and building on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strong excel is a must for this role. You will be part of a pro active team
This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days work of home

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €40K-48K.
Hybrid working model available (3 days onsite in Clondalkin).

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyse data from multiple ERP systems. Provide in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key insights to support strategic decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations (e.g., PowerPoints) for senior management.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic growth goals
Financial Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across the European operations. Handle complex intercompany analysis involving multiple jurisdictions.
Collaboration with Global Teams: Liaise with international teams in the US and Europe to ensure alignment in financial reporting and support the growth of the European business.
Support Month End and Year end processes: Assist the Finance team with month end and year end closing processes across multiple ERP systems with multiple currencies.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance or Accounting
Advanced Excel is a must for this role
Strong group reporting experience is essential, including FP&A and reporting up to senior management.
Ability to manage multiple systems and work across various jurisdictions.
Be self motivated
