The Role of a Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join our team as a technical lead for Workday integrations. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of custom solutions within the Workday platform, ensuring system efficiency and data integrity.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the operations of Workday integrations catering to payroll, benefits, and relevant IT systems data globally. You will also supervise the Workday operations team, design and implement new Workday integrations, and enhance existing ones using APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Studio.

You will develop custom reports (Advanced and Matrix) for HR users using Workday Report Writer, collaborate with teams from diverse regions to understand business requirements, and drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical issues in Workday integrations. Additionally, you will conduct weekly and monthly operations review meetings with stakeholders, identify process improvements, and implement them in Workday integrations and reports.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin, requiring full-time on-site work.
