Maintenance Team Lead

Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join a leading manufacturing facility in County Cork. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, and responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of maintenance activities across the site. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 10+ maintenance professionals, driving performance and engagement. Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including planned and reactive tasks. Support continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence. Act as deputy for the Maintenance Manager when required, ensuring continuity of operations. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules. Criteria Relevant technical qualification (Electrical preferred). Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Solid technical knowledge and ability to prioritize maintenance activities effectively.
