Responsibilities

- Daily e-mail communications with overseas offices/agents
- Ensure that incoming shipments are handled and stored properly
- Manage company's imports and exports activities
- Undertake any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
- Maintain relationships with shipping companies, co-loaders, customs brokers, and trailers
- Communicate with vendors/customers
- Arrange cargo (including D.G. & Non-D.G.) and buyer consol box
- Create documents and tax invoices to shippers

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in the same industry
