We are currently recruiting Experienced Waiting Staff who are available from Monday 28th July to Sunday 3rd August to work in the Corporate Hospitality Restaurants at Galway racecourse for Race Week 2025. Applicants MUST have previous experience of taking orders for food and drinks in a busy restaurant environment and be fully conversant with handling queries relating to allergens/dietary requirements etc. Shifts are typically from mid morning to late evening, therefore the openings are not suited to individuals who have other work commitments that week.
