The role Conscia Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment and integration of customer networking and security solutions. You will act as the single point of contact for customers, managing all technical aspects of projectsfrom planning and procurement to implementation, integration, risk management, and customer acceptance. Working closely with our team of Network and Security Architects and Engineers, as well as third-party vendors, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role also contributes to the development and improvement of Conscias project management processes. Key contributions: Lead projects from planning through deployment and integration, collaborating with customers, architects, and internal teams. Develop project plans from discussions with all key stakeholders including architects, customer and internal management. Identify and manage risks, resources, budgets, schedules, and scope changes. Negotiate with vendors, management, and customers to secure equipment, resources, and downtime. Motivate and manage project teams to deliver on time and to quality standards. Serve as the main customer interface, managing issues and providing updates and reports. Participate in early deployment and integration activities. Identify new business opportunities through project engagements. Essential Skills & Qualifications 8+ years project management experience in IT or Telecommunications. Strong knowledge of IP infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls) and networking technologies (IP, Ethernet, Wireless, Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud networking, security, data centres, etc). Experience managing complex projects with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Excellent expertise in MS Word, Excel, MS Project PowerPoint and Visio. Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations in Dublin. Full, clean drivers license. Desirable Skills Engineering or related bachelors degree. Experience with data centre installations, enterprise/career-grade hardware, and Low-Level Design diagrams. Experience managing third-party vendors and working with Tier 1 Mobile Network Service Providers. Familiarity with early deployment and integration activities. Why Conscia Ireland?
