This Position reports to:

Local Division and M&S Manager, Service

As a QHSE Specialist, you’ll enhance performance across the organisation by applying your expertise to deliver practical solutions, strengthen risk management, and support continuous improvement. Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid from our Dublin location

- Promote HSE excellence through effective reporting, safety training, and continuous performance monitoring against ABB sustainability KPIs.

- Develop and deploy Quality strategies aligned with ABB and external standards to enhance quality and operational performance.

- Support business objectives by setting, tracking, and analysing QHSE targets, identifying deviations, and implementing improvements.

- Maintain robust management systems and ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing standards.

- Drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and behavioural change programs that strengthen ABB’s proactive safety and quality culture.

- Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate QHSE performance, share best practices, and drive improvement.

Qualifications for the Role

- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification

- Proven experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement within a complex, matrix organisation

- Quality/Continuous Improvement qualification desirable

- Strong electrical safety knowledge and practical experience

- Demonstrable leadership capabilities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

- Passion for driving improvement, innovation, and positive change across operations
