The Client

Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor specialising in commercial developments, business campuses and innovation parks, high-density residential apartments, reaching up to 10+ floors in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA). They are renowned for their multi-phase and multi-year developments.

The Opportunity

Our client seeks to invest in an exceptional individual capable of delivering large and complex projects in a safe and efficient manner. This critical role is integrated into the group’s planned growth trajectory and succession strategy at the senior management level.

The Candidate

- Several years of site/project management experience, with at least three years at the Project Manager level.
- Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, both in terms of timelines and commercial outcomes.
- Effective motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness are essential.
- A driving ambition to join the senior management team, with promotional prospects achievable based on performance.
- Suitable for existing Senior Engineers/Site Managers seeking progression within a large organisation.
- Also ideal for candidates returning home from the UK or overseas.
