Bank&CreditCardreconciliations.Conductregularbankreconciliations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date. CreditorsandDebtors.Supplier&CustomerInvoicing. Email&Phone-Query Handling Preparation VAT/VIES/PAYE&PRSI returns. Working knowledge of same a must.Maintainessentialpaperworkformonthly,bi-monthlycompanyreturns in consultation with Accountants Filing&Management:Organizeandmaintainfilingsystemsmeticulously. RCT/PSWT/ROSreturns.ROSOnlineExperience,Submissions,My Enquiries. AssistOnlinePayrollfunctionandexperienceofonlinepayrollisan advantage Strong awareness of data privacy, ensure integrity. Requirements for This Role: Excellenttimekeeping,punctualityandabilitytoadapttovaryingtasks ProficientinBookkeeping&Financialstandardpractises. AccountingQualificationisadistinctadvantage WorkingknowledgeofManagementAccounts,P&L,Journals&General Ledgers is a plus Mustbeproficientwiththefollowing:Sage,BrightPay&ROSportal MSOfficeProficiencyisapre-requisite.Goodtypingskills.
